ECU isn't supposed to use Lambda-signal when the engine is cold. Can you warm it up or it dies even if it's cold?
Just the other thought - actually the throttle can be installed at the output as well as at the input of the engine (they install it in the intake cause it's much more simple and there're no SO HIGH temperatures in the intake). So if your new exhaust has any jam inside you won't be able to start it just like with failed AIC and closed throttle.

I take it all common points (connectors, sparks, fuel, etc) are already checked. Right?
