I will try to keep this short.Read this site alot but do not frequently post though. I have a 1990 900 and after doing some front end work, lower ball joints, steering column u joint, upper column bushing, inner driver,my steering wheel was off center to the left. I don't know about you, but I cannot stand a crooked steering wheel. I am a Volvo tech by trade, but a Saab and MG nut by nature. Had it aligned at work, and the wheel was off center the other direction. Aligned it at work myself this time, and measurements were fine. Car drove straight,no pulling, just an off center wheel. I ended up adjusting each tie rod by an equal amount until the wheel was straight. Car drives straight, no pulling, perfect self centering, etc. What gives here? Anyone else have an answer or had this problem before? Thanks.
