Stock fit. I've fit a couple of these systems without issue; however, I recently did have a mid-pipe with an incomplete weld. Just check the flange weld upon receipt.
When installing, you'll want to make sure the tailpipe "up bend" that clears the axle is far enough back so that it doesn't hit the car body directly above, and centered so that it doesn't hit on either side. Might be a good idea to first inspect the existing system to see how it fits with respect to the body.
