I think I would like to amend my response... :)
I think having the 12mm and 13mm Gearwrenches are phenomenal - they're exceptionally useful on the firewall side of the engine where things are tight, and those are common-sized fasteners. But, thinking about it, the rest of my Gearwrenches are virtually never used... I've worn out three 13mm and two 12mm wrenches, but the rest of them not so much. The 17mm comes in handy for a few areas, but not all that often.
I think, really, you're just as well off buying the pair skipping the others unless there is a clear financial reason to buy the set. Usually - and as you'd expect - where fasteners and torque values go up, Saab left plenty of space for normal-sized tools to get in and work. In reality, I think a better tool is the gearwrench ratchet set (with hollow sockets) or a super-shallow socket set. *Those* are both worth keeping around IMHO - a ratcheting 16mm boxwrench less so.
I'd totally second DC's opinion about buying the important ones from the name brand, and HFing (as in, source from Harbor Freight) the remainder...
