but first off let me give thanks to (Paul Bob) he had wrote a response in my leaky gear box.
his experience in the matter of having a gear box leak so bad did nothing more then ring in my head all this time. (the link is to his head ringing words)
thinking it was the shaft seal i got thank all that reminded me to look else-where, it made ne rethink the shaft seal change, and with Paul Bobs resonance of his major leak it was only a matter of time before i did the unthinkable. (well for me)
after having the parts in hand (thanks eEuroparts, my order arrived in 12 hours after i clicked the confirm order button, with free shipping :)
it took me four days to drag my body down to the car, riped out the axle, riped out the flange (with driver- passenger side)
and replaces the 1.29 cent O ring seal.
made sure the install of the flange bolts were perfect (all torqued at 17lb) & all with sealant on the bolts.
after working so hard (2 hours) i was all tuckered out and finished for the day.
well this morning i finished, filled the gear box and went to town (.... yes, im in the middle of no where sitting with wireless net that just decides to shut off at its own whim.)
after i returned drove the car up on ramps, flopped my body under the car and low and behold (( the rear differential cover was dry ))
a joy of excitement came over me in so much my pinky finger twitch.
inspecting further i found the passesnger side inner driver boot has a pin hole (now filled with gasket sealer)
and all that's left if to wait another four days to work up the energy to do the driver side which is clearly dripping, but evidently much slower then the passenger-side.
thank you all only a matter of time now.

and just to add,
had visited a pick n` pull and scavenged the rear differential cover bolts replaced the gasket installed the bolts and drove 500 miles, (this was before the replacement of the 1.29 cent flage seal)
at the end of the trip the differential rear cover was just soaked, oil all over the muffler, rack, freaken everywhere)
anyhow thanks again :)
