I've said this before...

It costs roughly $100 to find out for sure if you have a fuel pressure/starvation issue.

get a stewart warner electric fuel pressure gauge...drill and tap a 1/8" NPT hole in the banjo bolt for the fuel rail and put in the transmitter. 12v switched to the transmitter and run the wire inside the cabin and ground the gauge.
If you're just interested in diagnosis you can run the wire through the window rather than a permanent installation.

You'll be able to monitor fuel pressure while under way...if it drops below 50psi while under full boost you probably have a problem. The fpr is supposed to add one psi fuel pressure for each psi of boost which works out to about 36+12 or around 50psi.
