I made mine out of a flat piece of sheet stock with two screws that would fit inside of the holes in the caliper & spaced apart correctly. Disadvantages are the nuts holding screws in place take up space & the handle is not angled. If this tool will not fit between the piston & the brake rotor, I simply dismount the caliper, remove the rotor & remount the caliper. When I do brakes I like to break the glaze on the rotor which necessitates its removal anyway.
