NoSnaab,
I think that had they put type F in there in the first place, right after the governor cleaning, you would have had the same exact experience. I recall going through the same process (governor cleaning) with many C900s which would shift OK for a short while, then revert to their sluggish behavior and they all had type F at all times. It's possible that your governor is damaged and I'd suggest that you obtain a good used governor and swap it in. It's worth a try but but may yield the same results as just cleaning the current governor again. The governor valve may be more sensitive to fine debris in the ATF and more prone to jamming than any of the other valves. It's the only valve that functions under the influence of centrifugal force. I don't recall, did you change the filter? Those filters can reach a point where they allow quite a bit of crap to escape. If you want to try a governor swap I'd recommend that you call Eriksson Industries for the used part and they'll want to know what series transmission you have. I'm not a big fan of additives. I've had people tell me that they put an additive in a sluggish transmission which then performed like new. I usually hear these stories right after they pour the stuff in and make the first test drive. Follow up usually seems to reveal that they experienced a very temporary fix. An automatic transmission has the opposed demands of valves which need to slip and slide freely and friction elements which need to grab securely and they're all running in the same lubricant/hydraulic fluid. I don't believe that there can be an additive which removes the fine particles that jam the valves and enhances the grip of worn friction elements simultaneously. Sorry I can't offer a better cure for this condition. Good luck.
