I'm using the same lines. Don't worry about the internal diameter. Remember that the lines maintain a vacuum. There should be no large amounts of airflow through the lines UNLESS something is very wrong.
I bought a kit off ebay and it cost about $100. It was a lot, but it seems to be very high quality AND there are different size diameters for the turbo lines, etc.
Just remember, the lines need to maintain vacuum which should not take much airflow UNLESS there is a leak in the system. And the silicon lines I have are made of very thick side walls. I can't imagine them collapsing. You actually have to use vacuum grease (supplied, along with a nice tube/cigar cutter and high quality writing pen in the kit) to get them on the fittings.
Thanks for the picture. There always seems to be conflicting pictures on what lines go where.
