Chances are if you had to tap the yoke to get the back piston to compress it had to go over some crap and will leak shortly.
Every time I've done this (forced a piston) I've ended up taking the cylinder apart and removing the inside crap (I've not had to use a brush hone and don't recommend them) with a little bit of 3M Tri-M-Ite wet or dry sandpaper, 220 grit or finer. Make sure you wash out the grit with CRC brakekleen and flush with brake fluid. Get a reseal kit from saab or other girling parts supplier and it wouldn't hurt to replace/relubricate the emergency brake rod bushing...you get a new bushing and O-ring with the kit so might as well use it.
