And leave only the one that runs to FPR (fuel pressure regulator) and another one that runs to vacuum advance regulator on the ignition distributor. It's even better to use a temp hoses for this. Or just replace them with brand new or silicone ones to be sure on these hoses. Close all T- and other unused (temporary unused) connectors in the intake manifold with smth you've got by your hand (like a plastic or better silicone hose with a small bolt inserted on the other side). Even the brake booster should be disconnected (it's ok since you don't drive).
Got it prepared? Good. Start the engine. Check the idle. Rev it up for couple of times and check how he goes. Is it better? If not then it's not vacuum leak. If it's really better then start plugging hanging hoses back, hose by hose and check the idle and how engine revs after each hose plugged back. Once it gets worse you've found the problem one.

P.S.
Vacuum meter run to FPR vacuum hose really helps. You can even start a little DIY project by modifying a simple pressure meter. Once you've opened it you'll see how to convert it into the pressue/vacuum meter. Good vacuum is about -0.6 bar (ehh... -8 or -9 psi) when idling in respect to atmospheric pressure.
And take care of those plastic fittings in the intake manifold. They're really easy to get broken. Be nice and slow and persistent when working on them.
