In the fall each 10th post was about erratic idle. Now it's getting colder so I foresee bunch of cold start posts. That's the first thought.
The 2nd one is that the best Saab manuals I've ever seen were factory ones. And they're no longer supplied.
What about a small OCR project, uh? I've got chapters for Fuel system, Basic engine (main parts + torque specs), Manual tranny pre M88, EZK (hard copy, not original one; not really sure if it's complete or not), ABS brake system and 9K DI system. I can shoot'em all page by page and upload the archive to somewhere or send it to somebody who works with OCR software. I've never worked with OCR so this should be someone else. I think somebody here is to have other chapters (like electrical wiring which is to be the 2nd hit just after the fuel system) so we really can build a good library here. What do you think?

P.S.
Copyright and legacy stuff...
- I don't care. Not only cause I'm from Russia (so you better don't ask me where I've found my copies of EPC and WIS and other stuff) but cause I take it to be DAMN UNFAIR for Saab or GM to talk about such things once they don't supply these books anymore
- as for those who have these books and gonna fleebay them... You know it's just like mp3's in the inet. RIAA assumes them to be 110% illegal. But if I like it I'll surely order legal CD cause I LOVE NICE HARD COPIES. I enjoy reading paper books not pdfs. For me it's much better to meet with someone face to face then talk on the phone and IM chat is the worst option. But I definitely need free mp3 samples to check whether it's of my taste or not. So if I was seeking for a factory manual and was able to order it then these OCRed copies would only help me to determine if that very manual really has all details I need (e.g. my EZK manual doesn't have any samples or specs for Tq/load signal, neither Fuel chapter; but I do need this data since I'm starting DI-project and my C900 is Lucas-based and Lucas ECU doesn't provide such signal)
