Help - starting a '93 turbo for first time in 1 year

Due to moving, kids, etc, my '93 turbo (133k miles) has been sitting in our garage without running since late '06.
My plan is to start it up a do a few things to it this month. What should I do to prevent damage?
There was nothing wrong when I parked it - it's never had the engine opened, and it's always had redline synthetic. It's got the Red APC and the high pressure injectors (in fact it's not a US turbo - it was ordered overseas through military sales and is a beautiful Ruby Red with a whale tale).
I'm hoping to prevent any damage when I start it up - should I put warm oil in from the top? Maybe add a low viscosity lube before starting it?
I should have planned more, but when I shut it off last fall I didn't think it would be over a year before she ran again.
Thanks for your help
