Those crazy VINs - an error in the decoder

Greetings,
I own CE#70 and previous to that had a 93T. I was follwing posts recently about how to determine a CE by its VIN and concur that you can't. However, I noticed something else. Digits #5 and #8 in my CE VIN do not match anything in the VIN decoder on this site. And digit #5 of the VIN for my former 900T does not match either. Here's the deal:
CE#70 VIN: YS3AL35T5P2016895
93 900T VIN: YS3AL35L3P2019777
Notice that digit #5 in each case is an 'L'. The decoder only lists Model Series and Restraint System options R, S, T, and K, but it lists K twice. I think the K indicating 'Turbo Model Passive' should be an 'L'. That would make sense in terms of the 2 turbo models I've owned.
Regarding digit #8 in the VIN for the CE, it is a 'T'. Again, the decoder does not list a 'T' for options under 'Engine'. I've checked the VIN on the CE at a number of different locations and numerous times, and sure enough, the engine code is a T. Is this the missing clue as to the CE engine?
