as once the oil temp gets up to normal, it thins down, and at a low idle (as in when you are in drive standing still) the oil pressure will be at it's lowest. this could signify a very worn engine. you should, at least, try a thorough oil flush and then new oil/ good filter and see if that helps. how many miles?
i have the same problem with a 180,000 chevvy pick-up, but have no interest in fixing that!
an actual oil guage could be a good thing to have installed, i think you can get a kit from auto zone or the like and diy the installation. low oil pressure is not good, by the way... good luck.
