Scandinavian Import Service. They're competitive on price (if you get an estimate somewhere else they'll generally beat it) and good service. No loaner cars though. S&S in Warrenton, VA (about 30 miles outside the beltway on 66) will loan you a car, Saab 9K often. Less expensive than SIS.
However, do the turn signal switch yourself. It's $109 for the part and takes maybe an hour to install..you have to remove the center front console and knee bolster. On your 92 you don't even need to do the relay-elimination rewiring IIRC the 89+ 900 cars came that way from the factory.

Passenger front seatbelt latch can be done but you'll need to buy the TORX bit that fits into the BF bolt that holds it to the floor...don't try an allen wrench..might work but probably round off the Torx hole in the bolt. You'll have to rewire/splice in the light that lights up the latch or not if you don't care.

There's a great upholstery shop off of Parklawn off of Twinbrooke Parkway in Rockville that I've used for headliners on my Volvo..I think they're an ASC licensee and they also do convertible tops. Look them up in the Yellow Pages.
