Might want to do a quick search... tons of info here that will shed light on a couple options. Basically its not altogether that easy to get the lines off under the intake manifold, and even more difficult at the oil cooler itself.
One way to do it is actually just leave the ends on, and cut with a dremel (w/ cutting wheel) a slit in the metal collar that holds the rubber to the metal end tube and remove the hose/crimping collar. Can't recall the exact inside diameter size hose you need but if you search, I know its here, I 've found it before. Needs to be hi-temp oil/gas resistant/proof hose (good stuff, not cheap stuff) Also, then when you clamp on the new hose, make sure to use TWO hose clamps per end.
It seems easy to remove the hoses by their proper end connectors, but once you get into it, you may realize that its very difficult after all. They get really frozen on, and its easy to strip at the cooler end. REally easy, oy vey. I've done it successfully once (new hoses from Saab, approx 80 bux each), the other time on my other car, I butchered an oil cooler, got a spare from a junker and cut / made new lines as I described above. Functionally, its the same to the car and making new lines is just as strong I believe.
