STILL intermittent spark

POsted this problem about a month ago. 94 saab 900 convertible(classic model same as 93 and earlier sedan and coupe. Bought car but it needed a top. Car sat for several months but I started it and let it run for a long time about 2 times a week. Battery was weak so I took it out. Got another new battery, but due to heavy rains left car sit without battery for a week. Put in new battery, and car started but then would stop and not restart for at least an hour. Had no spark. started car again but stopped after about 20 minutes. The short of it is the car will start initially in cold or warm weather, but stops and then has no spark. It is a non turbo and has no hall sensor on the distributor. I have replaced the spark computer on Left fender, the coil, the ECU and nothing fixes the problem. I thought maybe the green ignition relay in the fuse box was the problem, but nothing has fixed the situation. I have spark to start, it runs a while 10-20 minutes, stops on its own will not restart due to no spark at coil then MAYBE it will start after an hour or so. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before?
