I posted a few weeks ago about my how the rear defroster on my '87 vert didn't work whenever it got cold. Someone posted back about the relay. Well I a had already replaced it (the one in the fuse box) with what I thought was a good used one and had replaced the switch, but still had the same problem. This morning I got out the multi-meter and started probing. Found good ground and good grid continuity, but I only had 5 volts to the grid. Have 14 volts to the relay. Checked with both relays and had the same readings. Both bad relays or is there some other relay (under the seat?) that I don't know about?
