Well, ET25 is not ideal -- getting close to 1.5 inch protrusion > stock. A 205 on a 7-inch rim does not protrude much because it's the tire's rim width limit, so it might work. Maybe measure an existing wheel to see dist. the the sidewall surface to the rim, then add that to your 15x7 measurements.
If it were me, and the object was to have a 15x7, I'd look for a rim with a deeper offset and sell the Saab rims. Check out 18racing.com, which sells Rota Stripstreams at a good price and at your size. They are also a 5 spoke rim. You may need to go with a 7.5 inch rim to get the right bolt pattern, though (the reason they have 7.5s is because of a rim width rule in Solo2 -- lots of competitors put 205s on them). Maybe worth a call to see if they can get you a 15x7 in 4 on 108 vs. a 15x7.5. Slipstream is inexpensive, strong.
If you *must* have those Saab rims on the car, maybe look at having a machinist mill the wheels where they mate to the hubs a bit. If the rim's got a lot of meat on it at the face, it should work. The 25 ET is really a RWD offset - if the manufacturer ever intended to have the casting used for FWD (deeper) offsets for other aftermarket applications, then it stands to reason that there's enough material.
