My 91T was difficult to get into reverse.Would grind most of the time. Even with double clutching, counting to 3 it was hard to get a smooth shift. I took out the clutch and found the splines in the center of the disc were rusted to to the shaft. The disc couldn't slide back and forth. I cleaned the splines and used a thin layer of Dura-Ace bearing grease on the splines. No more grind. Unfortunately the damage was done. It now pops out of reverse unless you hold the lever.
