I've got a red box, 2.8 bar FPR and a 010 dizzy (an A.I.D. will do the same thing) in my 92 900T. This is the same setup used in the 185HP Comm Eds. Runs like a champ and is factory spec.
If you don't want to replace injectors, or possibly run rich. I'd go with this same setip.
Search the Performance board for info on the AID. Basically you want to adjust the stop on the vacuum canister to increase retard and then add a blead to the vac line or a sping to the control arm to get the curve correct. (a Clippard Minimatic MNV-1K valve with a Clippard MCV-1 check valve works well for the vac bleed--Link below ).
As stated earlier, you can also advance timing to help out in the low end. Best to put Ford Motorsports 24#ers in if you're going to do this mod as a bit of security without blowing your fuel economy all to hell. 93 octane is a must.
