Like Landjet said, It's usually the passenger side(U.S.)that goes. Especially if it's a turbo car. The others don't usually go bad until the passenger side has a real bad failure and the engine starts moving alot. You can get the new mounts from thesaabsite or eeuroparts. To replace the passenger side, you just need to remove the large nut in the center of the mount and the two flanking it that hold the mount to the body bracket. Next lift off the kind of u-shaped thingus that was held down by the two outer nuts. Place a block of wood (for protection) under your transmission beneath the transfer case and jack the engine until you can get the motor mount out. You will have to twist it and wrangle it a bit, but it will come out. You can put the new one in in reverse. This is a 20 minute job. I've never replaced the other ones without having the engine out, so I couldn't say how hard they are.
