Front bumper extensions are the same (86 & earlier were one style, 87 and later the other). side skirts fit just fine, and are the same for all years.
It's the rear bumper extensions that'll get ya if you're doing this to an 86 or earlier. The tail of the sedan (what the CV is based on) is different from the tail of the hatch. If you have an 86 CV, or any pre 87 sedan, you'll see that the bumper fits into "scallops" in the tail. Saab never made the rear bumper extensions for the early bumper cars in SPG style. You might be able to trim the regular -86 extensions to fit.
If you have an 87 or later, you just have to find the rear bumper extensions from a Convertible Special Edition or Springtime in Sweden. The normal SPG (hatchback) extensions probably won't fit properly, and I don't think you could trim them to fit, because of the way they mount.
Some may argue that you don't really need the SPG bumper extensions on the 87- cars, but it looks much, much better with them.
