IF you can get a 'new' one (FOR CHEAP), do it... this will never be fixable (at least easily).
The lower arm and its accompanying bushings and bushing bracket are held on by six easy to loosen bolts at the frame-side of the arm. OF course you have to also pull the ball joint off as well.
Keep the bushings and bushing holders on the arm while you take it from a donor car. IT is way too much of a pain in the butt to pull the arms out of the bushings (typically rusted together).
After you replace, you may be able to re-thread the other arm ,but I do not think it possible.
Since the car is ripped apart already, this will take you less than an hour after you get the other arm.
