I recently had my drivers seat completely apart to replace my seat cover & fix my seat heater. It is highly recommended that you replace the entire heating pad versus trying to mend the breaks. These monochrome wires are very small & after 21 years of fatigue are suseptable to breakage again. The saabsite sells them for a little over $100.

The key to the seat covers are knowing where the seat springs are. Study the fixmysaab website for pics.

You can wrap tight fitting items in Saran wrap to get the covers on.
Similar to what the other person said about a grocery bag.

Nice to see you posting again. I used your website several years ago when I first bought my car.
