I think you need to choose your rotors carefully, do some research. Twice I installed ceramics w/ Brembo rotors, twice the rotors glazed. I wasn't running cross-drilled or slotted rotors, not sure if that was my mistake. I followed bedding procedures very closely, esp. the second time, and drove very carefully for literally hundreds of miles so as to not glaze them (I have a 120 mi hiway commute, so was able to brake at high speed many x's without letting the pad sit on the hot rotor.)
I went back to metal masters and brembo rotors, haven't had a problem since.
