I know this has been covered before, but I cant seem to find a solution.

Doing a lot of work to a 1983 turbo. I owned it about 3 years ago, and just bought it back from the guy i sold it to...

Got it back.. sunroof leaks, car shakes, brakes are gone, no power, and power steering is gone.

Fix sunroof, fixed shaking (thanks everyone), fixed brakes, new tires, not worried about the power steering yet..

But, it seems to be lacking power. Last night, after doing some other repairs, I looked under the hood when it was dark out. Manifold was bright red. Removed the vaccume advance, set the timing, it was dead on at 20 (label says 20).

Just had the exhaust checked, clear. new spark plugs, cap rotor, air. Has super in it. Turbo boosts fine under load, sounds healthy too.

Running extreamly lean? Not hearing any detonation.

Ideas?
