If the thing runs with carb spray, it means either your spark is too weak to ignite the fuel, or there is not enough fuel to run the car. Since you're getting strong spark on all plugs, it sounds like we have a fuel issue. Some things confuse me:
> APC vaccum line has been tested on and off.
A 900S should not have an APC anything. The motor in the picture is a non-turbo - that's what you've got, right? This is important, because a non-turbo doesn't have adjustable timing, so we can certainly rule that out entirely...
> WEIRD: The resistance across each injector terminal is 13 ohms, not the spec'd 68 ohms at 68F.
The fuel injector resistance should be around 16 ohms (13 is okay) and isn't affected by temperature. 68 ohms is WAY off. Perhaps you're mixing up tests or results? The only thing that has temperature-affected resistance is the NTC (coolant temperature) sensor.
You need to do a spray pattern test on the injectors. If they've been sitting for three years, they could be clogged and/or bad. Assuming they spray properly, it sounds like either your NTC sensor is bad or the AMM is bad - and one or both are not telling the ECU how much fuel is needed. Have you tried starting the car sans AMM entirely? That should put it in limp home mode, and it should at least start this way. You can also wire in a resistor of the appropriate rating to the NTC sensor plug and bypass it entirely. Generally speaking, they'll fail in such a way that they always report the engine as cold, so this shouldn't be a concern for you.
When you're spraying carb cleaner, is the the throttle open or closed? Where are you spraying it? Is it possible the AIC isn't opening, and you've got no air in your engine? Three years is a lot of time for an AIC to gum up and stick shut...
