Normal for white smoke on a cold start-up. Just don't want to see it after car has warmed up the exhaust pipe. Something not right if you see oil leaking from turbo. Check the turbo's oil return pipe for any clogs. After years of use these tend to coke up from heat soaking. Engine ventilation is a must to vent the internal pressure of the engine.PVC valve and hoses. Remove the turbo inter-cooler and clean. this will collect oil after years of use or if a bad turbo was previously ran before engine was changed. Might just be sucking old oil through the inter-cooler and getting into the turbo at the intake side. Remove turbo intake hose and check for oil.
