It's not normal to lose brake fluid in that amount. So, you have a pretty substantial leak somewhere and it may at one of the lines you replaced, or maybe in the line under the reservoir that goes to the clutch master.
There are some known issues with rebuilt calipers and you may have a bad one, so just because it's new doesn't preclude a problem with the caliper itself.
It sounds like you have multiple problems, but I'd suggest addressing the fluid loss first.
