Yes, sounds like a good deal.
Do yourself a favor. If you decide to buy it, take off the plastic wheel arches and clean the inside edge inside the wheelwell really well. Then fill the area just behind the outer lip of the fender wheel arch with a good quality automotive seam sealer. If Saab had done this, you likely wouldn't have rust blisters on your fender. The inner fender and the outer fender are spot welted along the length of the wheel arch. Water that gets behind the plastic wheel arches can get into the seam between the two metal parts and rust starts.
It's probably a good idea to clean out the area of the frame where the drive axels and steering rods come through and apply a good petrolium-based coating inside the boxed area (tar works real well, spread it in there with your fingers). You may need to get a j-tube adapter to use on an air compressor to clean all the accumulated debris out of those areas first.
Preventative maintenance is better than corrective maintenance.
