When changing out the axle's, don't bang on shaft with a hammer. It could ruin the hub bearing. Spray PB-Blaster and use a hub puller if needed. Lay your old axles next to new ones for proper lenght check. I've used "Rockauto" each time with good results. The one thing to check is the inner tripod and loosen with some light oil. Check the bearings on tripod for chatter marks on each tripod shaft and reuse your old one's if you find any chatter marks. The company that remands. the axles rarely put new tri-pods on, since they don't see much wear. Buy the torque wrench for harborfreighttools, Item#808-7VGA- $69.99. This torques to 300 ft. LB and has a long handle. Play it safe and use NEW axle nuts as old ones stand a chance of loosening and ruining you hub bearings, since their really one time use. If you end up missing or ruining the inner metal clamp, heavy zip ties work fine and don't use in-place of stock metal clamp a hose clamp as these will cut the rubber C/V boots.
