I have had this happen a few times - easy to replace, somewhat hard to find - impossible to repair unless you have method for flaring line on to fitting and assuming it broke at or near the union (I have tried heating up line and refitting - no go- but there may be a method for doing this similar to fuel line at the pump)?

You'll need two wrenches 13 mm?- one to hold union nut in place on the injector and the other to remove the nut on the injector line - same procedure at the fuel distributor - BUT be sure to use copious amounts of WD40 before hand - its likely nuts will be frozen together and you can risk snapping off connection at distributor with too much force. Another thing to check is integrity of ALL unions and lines - the lines become brittle with age and seem to crack right at the union - you want some flex in these lines but not to much. Later CIS had a holder for all four lines across cylinder head - yours may be more simply bundled together with straps.

As for finding them - they are different lengths and two go in one direction and two the other - you can substitute the two left with one one another and the two right etc with some ease. Best bet is to go to a shop that has worked on CIS for a long time and ask if they have any - wreckers too but harder to find. Some places insist that you buy all four - not a bad thing since you might need a reserve.

I have found other lines - eg the black ones running to WUR etc to have greater flexibility and less prone to breakage.
