Doing the radiator you should probably go ahead and replace the upper radiator hoses (both of htem) and the 4 hose clamps that hold them on. I like to use the OEM saab hose clamps by the way...

Upper radiator hose #1 7546179
Upper radiator hose #2 7546161
Clamps (order 4 of them) 7970106

And to replace the bypass valve (ie you are backdating your car from 1992 spec to 1990 or so spec) you will need:

Upper heater core hose 7545544
Lower heater core hose 7541527
Expansion tank hose 9349382

All pretty cheap at site sponsors... PS there's a great diagram on eeuroparts that specifies it all (with and without the bypass valve).

BTW I'm all for eliminating the leak-prone bypass valves on the 91, 92, and 93 models. Works just fine without it.
