Ticking noise coming from d/s fender well, under APC

when i was trying to figure out my latest stalling/sputtering issue i heard a ticking noise coming from the fender well where the APC sits. I couldn't nail down where the tick was coming from but it def sounded like it was coming from under the APC somewhere.
