Probably you should call Gary at SD and talk with him since you're using SD products, but my 2 cents would be that you'll have to do the typical resistor mod that helps lean the amount of fuel deliery. I got that sputtering too with adding more fuel via larger injectors, fuel pressure and such. The car's AMM doesn't know what to do with all that fuel... I bought several different resisters, I believe I started with 300 ohms and bought plus/minus 50 ohms increments ie 250 ohms/ 350 ohms, from radio shack and spliced/installed between the two ends of the orange wire in AMM in my classic 900T which was a LH 2.4 model(I beleive 90-93 years). You have to get just the right ohms in there, so experiment. I believe, but may be wrong, that the SD fuel chip is activated mostly under WOT type conditions which may be 3/4 of gas peddle being depressed. Otherwise the fuel chip does little to change parameters. The other way to go would be a custom tuned fuel chip from JSP, a vender on Saabnet performance BB.
