Check for leaks in the overflow tank.
Are the hoses pressurized when the coolant is hot? I had a small leak that would only come out at full temp, it would spray all over the ABS leads from the master cylinder (of course.) It was a tiny, but pernicious problem that eventually ate away at my ABS wiring harness.
On a second note, if this is the case be careful where you source the replacement tank. I've had problems with one and have been told that it is common to a particular vendor.
