So this is a continuation of the issues i am having with my car:

http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/900/index.html?bID=367633

I looked and there is a small fuel leak at the banjo on one end of the fuel rail. I also detached the hose from the intake that leeds to the recirc valve and could hear air coming out of it.

So before i put in the BOV and Injectors the recirc seemed to be working fine. Now with the new injectors and BOV it appears to have rumptured. Could the addition of the injectors cause the diaphram in the recirc to break?

So this leeds to the fact that my car still sputters when under heavy accel right near the dividing line btwn the yellow and red on the turbo gauge.

Is it the fuel leak? Is it that fact that the recirc seems to be ruptured and is now letting air in to the system? Both?

If it's the fuel then i know i just need new seals on the rail, but if it is the recirc do i have to buy one to stick in there (which would suck since i have the BOV now), or can i just plug that hole where it currently goes?

Also, the BOV came with 7 or so spacers (washers basically) and Gary at SD told me to put all of them in the BOV. The car is stalling when coming off the gas. Not always but it seems to be more when i am just coming off real gentle accel, coming to a stop at a light, etc. Do i need more spacers?

Cheers, Neil
