So today I'm putaing around trying to find a vacuum leak which is causing high idle and rough starts. After tightening up a few hoseclamps I decide to take it for a ride. While I'm accelerating in 3rd gear with the boost about half in the yellow it just drops completely. After accelerating away from a redlight again the same thing happens. Then the boost pressure goes up to between the white and yellow and sticks there whether on the gas or not it stayed right there. After a half mile it dropped back to normal and seemed to perform regularly but I was on my street and didn't want to push my luck damaging it further.

I'm pretty much at my wits end with this car.

Any thougths/ideas?
