Sven received your order. He hand writes his brother Bjorn back in the old country. Bjorn looks for a contented cow that is not producing anymore to make a harvest. Since lent is over he can kill a cow and begin the tanning process. After the weather warms & the ice thaws he can allow the hide to cure in the Northern sun. If all goes well he will have the tanned leather to sven in California by Fall as Sven only likes to sew leather around Thanksgiving when he has a fresh bottle & a fire in the stove.
Just kidding......You should have received some form of confirmation or estimated delivery date. I always worry that the small time operators will go out of business or the only sewer will get sick.
