Removing the panels is reasonably straightfoward. Most of the mounting hardware comes off easily.
The bumper extensions are just like non-SPG bumper extensions on the 87- cars. Remove any and all screws that connect the panels to the bumper covers. Most of these will likely be rusted, and you'll probably have to cut them off somehow. There will be screws holding mounting tabs inside the wheel wells for the bumper extensions.
I don't believe you need to remove the mounting hardware from the body for the bumper extensions, because it is the same as non-SPG cars.
Don't forget the lower spoiler on the front bumper. Or, it's likely easier to just sell the entire front bumper with the kit...
The six panels between the wheelwells are a little more of a challenge. Start with the rearmost ones. Unscrew the fasteners inside the wheelwell. Check carefully around the bottom of the panel for any screws. On many of the panels, there is a rubber bit that seals off spaces in the bodywork so that the panels won't trap water. Look out for those, and make sure the rubber goes with the panels.
Once all of the screws are out, and the panel is loose, slide the panel FORWARD on the rail, pulling out the bit that goes into the wheelwell so it clears the body.
DO NOT try to pull the panel off sideways, or slide it rearwards.
On to the doors. I don't recall there are any screws on the door panels, just six or so pop rivets that need to be drilled out. Open the door, see the rivets holding the weatherseal on at the bottom of the door. That's them. Drill them all out, keeping the washers, and slide the door panels off the door TO THE REAR...
The front panels come off much like the ones behind the doors, but you slide it rearwards. Note that you MUST get the door panels off BEFORE attempting to install the front panels (unless, of course, you have the doors off...). And you might want to tell folks that the panels behind the front wheels go on before the door panels do.
On to the mounting hardware. This is pretty simple. Take a Sharpie®, and mark where they each go (they only go on in one spot, but it helps...), then unscrew the screws holding the rails to the body. THe screws go into a square plastic "molly" in the body. I seriously doubt you'll get any of them out in good enough shape to re-use, but you can try. Saab has had them available. Don't forget the gasket behind the rail.
That's about all. Good luck!
Oh-if you do end up selling the front bumper with the kit, you want to remove the front bumper with a long 8mm hex key. This goes vertically UP to the bolts that hold the bumper to the car. Remove one each side of the radiator, and the bumper comes off. Don't remove the 4 13mm hex nuts on the back of the mounting tabs. That takes way too much time...
