I replaced the cap, rotor, and put in a set of Bosch Super Plus, non platinum plugs, and took out the autolite platinums I put in it back in November. It took away about 70% of all the vibration/misfire I was having(I still think I need to replace a couple motor mounts), and it's not loping anymore. Much, much smoother. I am less and less convinced platinum plugs are as great as they say. I have used them in other makes and models with the same results, they ran bad. I had a few cars that ran great with them, but not my saab. Maybe it's the type of ignition in the Saab and other cars? I know that the older HEI ignitions in GM cars do not work well with platinums at all, I was told it was the feedback type ignition. My friend put a set of Bosch +4's in his 99 cavalier, and it was missing all over the place, backfiring, lost power(what power it had to beging with).
