help needed fitting crankshaft

I am busy working on a renovation of my 1987 Saab 900T16 engine with 1 mm overbore pistons. I just got the engine back with prepared cylinders and I am not sure how to install the crank shaft. I fitted the crankshaft with new bearing but I cannot turn it around manually now (torque 110 Nm). Does anybody know if this is normal?
Also I have a rubber O-ring of which I don't know where in the engine it belonges. It is about 3mm thick and the diameter is 3 cm. Anyone got a clue where it belonges?
