You wanna do what?
The engine components, suspension, hood, dash and front seats are compatible. Nothing else is. Not the doors, rear seat, carpets, glass, or headliner (but I suppose you knew that...)
Saabs are semi-monocoque or unit-body construction. The body ***IS*** the car. There is no frame to remove the body from.
You can move all the good bits from one to the other. It's time consuming, but possible.
