I like checking the NTC sensor too. with the engine idling disconnect and see if the idle goes higher, or even changes. If not then the sensor is most likely not happy, clean the connectors as mentioned and do it again.
the other item would be the AIC (the item with two hoses to it and one electrical connector at the end of the fuel rail bolted to the thermostat cover), remove it and see if the cylinder inside - that you can see from the hose connection on the side - will move freely ( just use a small screwdriver and put in and move the cylinder back and forth) it will be easy to move or you will say what part is supposed to move - meaning it's stuck. clean with WD-40 or similar and NOT with carb cleaner or brake cleaner - those can melt the plastic inside the top and cause an air leak, which is bad. put your thumb on one port and blow on the other, should be air tight, remove thumb and repeat, should pass air if unit is working.
