I hope this helps someone searching in the future...
I had 205/50's on my aero rims rim a fair amount of rubbing in the rear.
So I sent some salvaged lower control arm brackets and torque arms to Brad at Kansas City Saab. He did a fabulous job, repainted the torque arms, put direction arrows on the "new" lower control arm brackets, and even put new bushings in!
The install job is pretty easy, most of my time was spent finding the right socket sizes, and aligning the control arm into the bracket bushing. It took me 4 hours, but that included jacking and securing the jack stands, as well as the trek to NAPA for the sockets I needed. If I ever do this again, it will takes less than two hours.
I recommend getting two 18mm sockets (this is an odd size BTW, so it may take going to a bigger store with a good selection), one of them deep. It makes the job much easier. There are alos 16mm nites, but a 3/8" socket is a good, but tight fit.
Now there is no rubbing, even when I hit the axle bump stops.
