late night on saturday, a drunk driver runs a stoplight, got hit, spun out of control into my parked car. my then hit the car parked in front of me. no severe damage, just that both of my headlights point straight down, grill is MIA, both bumpers are torn (rear bumper has a peice of his lodged in it still). so i get there right after it happened, and everyone was taken away. the cop gave me the drivers insurrance info and car info so i call the insurrance today to find out that he wasnt with them anymore. they told me they are going to call him and see if he has another provider. but if he doesnt, what should i do about my car? i was planning on filing a claim for the total cost of parts and hours or work needed to fix it.
