You can use a '92 N/A flywheel on a '92 900T _IF_ you also install a Turbo pressure plate and disk for an '86-'89 or earlier 16V 900T. Here's why:

In '90 Saab fit the same clutch to both 900 and 9000 Turbos. The pressure plate/disk are a bit larger than what were fit to the '86-'89 16V 900T. (This same-part scenario lasted just one year: the 9000T clutch was changed in '91 while the 900 kept the "new" Turbo clutch to the end of production.)

The bolt pattern for the '90+ 900T pressure plate is different than the '86-'89 16V 900T plates; however, the N/A '90+ flywheel has the SAME pressure plate bolt pattern as the '89 and earlier Turbos. Therefore (are you still with me?), you can use a '92 N/A flywheel on your '92 Turbo IF you also install an '86-'89 Turbo PP & disk.

If you happen to have modified your car to run a *lot* of boost, then you might not want to use the '92 N/A flywheel with an '86-'89 clutch; for example, my '89T will slip the clutch on cold wet winter days at ~18-19 psi (stock is 11 psi). However, for a stock engine, there is no reason not to use an '86-'89 set-up (if you need a new clutch anyway), and, in fact, the earlier Turbo clutch parts are less expensive than the '90+ stuff (at least, last time I shopped for a clutch kit -- it's been awhile). On the flip side, in theory, the '90+ stuff will live longer on account of having more surface area.

One final note: even though 9000T flywheels from a bunch of years had the same pressure plate bolt pattern as your '92T, their *timing marks* are not machined in the same place (to line up with a differently placed viewing hole). As such, unless you want to somehow re-mark a 9000 flywheel, you won't be able to properly set the ignition timing with it on a 900 engine.
