Yes, replace all of the hoses. Go on Europarts and you can get a small diagram of the engine bay to pop up when you click on "See larger picture" at upper left. Also don't be afraid to send them a question - Dean is my favorite supplier (I have two Saabs).
The bottom hose is not user-friendly. I think the top end on yours is not horrid, but getting to the lower end (at radiator)is not fun. Get the car up off the ground but not a long way - 5 inches should do. Let it COOL. Crawl under the car head first, get your face up near the trans and you should be able to see the clamped end on the radiator. I used every socket extender I had to get a 10mm socket up there and gently edge it onto the clamp so I could slowly release the clamp (provided you have a screw type clamp). It took me 40 minutes the first time I did it... probably 15 now.
